Localized Process Environments

Control the Environment Around the Process.

Eden develops modular equipment for cleaner, localized process environments within existing cleanrooms and controlled manufacturing spaces.

The product family combines a stainless work platform with a flagship benchtop chamber designed around downward HEPA-filtered airflow.

Localized control

Control the process environment, not the entire room.

Many critical manufacturing processes occupy only a small portion of a facility. Eden takes a localized approach: create a localized process environment around the critical work.

Flagship product

Meet the Controlled Environment Chamber (CEC).

The developing, self-contained benchtop enclosure is designed to create a localized controlled environment around sensitive items. Room air enters from above, passes through HEPA filtration, moves downward through the chamber, and exits through designated lower-level outlets.

Airflow concept

How It Works

The intended airflow path moves room air through filtration and distributes filtered air above the working area.

  1. 1Room air
  2. 2Prefilter
  3. 3Blower
  4. 4HEPA filter
  5. 5Supply plenum
  6. 6Work zone
  7. 7Exhaust

This airflow architecture is preliminary. Prefilter use and location, performance values, and any cleanliness classification remain subject to engineering and validation.

Modular product family

Start with the Table. Add Localized Control.

Stainless Clean Environment Table

The foundational freestanding workstation: a Type 304 stainless steel work surface and frame with bolt-on legs and adjustable levelers.

Controlled Environment Chamber (CEC)

The flagship standalone benchtop chamber, designed around localized HEPA-filtered airflow for sensitive items and processes.

Controlled Environment Workstation (CEW)

The integrated combination of the Stainless Clean Environment Table and CEC, preserving open work area beside the controlled zone.
